Israel detains 11 Palestinians, including three brothers, in West Bank

RAMALLAH, Sunday, October 03, 2021 (WAFA) – At least 11 Palestinians, including three brothers, were detained by the Israeli occupation forces last night during raids in the occupied West Bank provinces of Ramallah and Nablus, according to Palestinian security sources. In Nablus province, an Israeli occupation army force stormed Al-Quds Street in the south of Nablus city, and detained three brothers, Ibrahim, Alaa and Khalil Abu Awad, after raiding and searching their family’s home. An undercover Israeli army force also sneaked into Balata refugee camp in the city and kidnapped a Palestinian citizen after raiding his home. In Ramallah province, the Israeli occupation army detained three Palestinians after raiding and searching their homes in the city of Al-Bireh. Army also raided the neighboring villages of Kobar, Kafr Ein and Ni’lin, where four Palestinians were detained. The four detainees are in their twenties of age. Almost on a daily basis, basis and typically at nighttime, Israeli occupation forces raid towns and villages in the occupied West Bank to carry out arrests or summon civilians for questioning. This has been part of the daily life under Israeli military regime for decades. M.N
